    • Superior Sealing & Waterproof Performance

      The inner hot melt adhesive has a low melting point and strong adhesion. During heating and shrinkage, it melts to fully fill irregular gaps on the surface of the wrapped object, bonding firmly to various materials like plastic, rubber, and metal, achieving reliable waterproof, moisture-proof, and airtight sealing.

    • Excellent Insulation & Mechanical Protection

      The outer radiation-crosslinked polyolefin material offers high insulation resistance, good flame retardancy (except for clear types), and high mechanical strength. The medium-wall design maintains a degree of flexibility while effectively enhancing overall protection against abrasion, cutting, and mechanical stress buffering.

      The product maintains stable performance within a continuous operating temperature range of -45℃ to 125℃ (clear type: -45℃ to 105℃). The initial shrinkage temperature starts around 70℃ or above, with full shrinkage typically achieved at 125℃, ensuring a quick and even shrinking process.

    Installation & Usage Guide

    ◎ Preparation:
    • Ensure the surface of the cable or object to be wrapped is clean, dry, free of oil, and sharp burrs. Select the appropriate double-wall heat shrink tubing size based on the object's maximum diameter (the recovered inner diameter should be slightly smaller than the object's diameter).

    ◎ Installation Steps:
    • Slide the double-wall heat shrink tubing over the desired location.
    • Using a heat gun, oven, or other heating tool, apply heat evenly from the middle or one end, moving along the axis and circumference.
    • Observe the tubing shrinking uniformly until it tightly conforms to the object. The inner adhesive should melt and slightly extrude from both ends, forming smooth sealing beads.
    • Allow the tubing to cool and solidify naturally after heating.

    ◎ Precautions:
    • Keep the heat gun moving continuously during heating to avoid localized overheating that could char the outer layer or carbonize the inner adhesive.
    • Ensure the heating temperature reaches the full shrinkage requirement to allow the inner adhesive to melt completely for optimal sealing.
    • Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.
