Selection Guide
• High-clean environments (e.g., semiconductor) → Choose DuPont 451HP, transparent, low precipitation types.
• High-voltage insulation → Select wall thickness ≥1.0mm, Pressure resistant ≥600V, UL224 certified.
• Frequent bending → Select the thin-walled model with a contraction ratio of 3:1 and excellent flexibility. -
Shrinkage Process
• Use heat gun at 200–230°C for uniform heating.
• Avoid local overheating to prevent melting or deformation.
• Ensure no bubbles or wrinkles after shrinkage. -
Precautions
• Avoid contact with elemental fluorine and molten alkali metals at high temperatures.
