Installation & Usage Guide

  • ◎ Preparation: • Ensure the cable joint is properly prepared, with a clean, dry, and smooth surface free of burrs. Verify the cold shrink tubing size matches the cable outer diameter.

    ◎ Installation Steps: • Slide the cold shrink tubing over the cable and position it at the desired sealing location.
    • Evenly pull the internal support core (or plastic strip) in the direction indicated.
    • Observe the tubing shrinking uniformly from one end until it tightly encapsulates the cable joint.
    • After complete shrinkage, check that both ends of the tubing are properly seated, forming uniform skirt-like seals.
