Product Overview

Silicone outer braided hose is a high-performance fluid conveying pipe made of a multi-layer composite structure, which typically consists of an inner silicone layer, a braided reinforcement layer and an outer silicone layer from the inside out. The inner silicone layer has excellent smoothness, which can effectively reduce fluid conveying resistance, and has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, which can adapt to the transmission of various media. The braided reinforcement layer can be made of materials such as glass fiber, nylon, steel wire or polyester fiber according to different needs, providing the pipe with strong pressure resistance, crack resistance and negative pressure resistance. For example, the glass fiber braided layer has flame retardant properties, the nylon braided layer can provide better pressure resistance, the steel wire braided layer has strong negative pressure resistance, and polyester fiber is often used in products with high performance requirements. The outer silicone layer endows the pipe with good weather resistance, aging resistance and insulation performance, and can work stably in complex environments.
The product has a hardness of 70A, a standard length of 12 feet, and a temperature resistance range of -73.3℃ to 250℃. Some special models can even work stably in extreme environments from -100℃ to 350℃ for a long time. The pipe body has both smooth and wrinkled outer wall types, and the translucent pipe wall facilitates real-time observation of the medium flow state and timely detection of pipeline abnormalities. In addition, the silicone outer braided hose supports CIP, SIP and high-pressure sterilization, and is suitable for complete vacuum and low-pressure environments.
