Product Overview

‌FEP Heat Shrink Tubing (Polyvinylidene Fluoride Heat Shrink Tubing) is a high-performance protective sleeve made from fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) copolymer via radiation cross-linking technology. FEP is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP), combining the chemical resistance of PTFE with the processability of ETFE. Its crystalline melting point is 304°C, and density is 2.15 g/cm³. The material is formed through extrusion, radiation cross-linking, and expansion processes, creating a memory-effect structure for thermal shrinkage. It is ideal for protecting electronic components, cables, and precision instruments in extreme environments. Widely used in aerospace, semiconductor packaging, medical devices, chemical corrosion resistant applications, and renewable energy sectors, it excels in scenarios exposed to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, or wide temperature ranges (-80°C to 200°C).
