Product Overview

‌PFA Heat Shrink Tubing is a high-performance protective sleeve made from perfluoroalkoxy resin (PFA) via radiation cross-linking technology. PFA is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and perfluoropropyl vinyl ether (PPVE), combining the chemical inertness of PTFE with the processability of FEP. It can be directly processed using thermoplastic methods. The product features memory shrinkage, allowing it to tightly wrap around cables, solder joints, and precision components after heating. It is widely used in semiconductor, medical, aerospace, and renewable energy sectors, especially in environments exposed to strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents, or wide temperature ranges (-200°C to 260°C).
