Silicone Fiberglass sleeve, also known as fiber casing or fiberglass insulation sleeve, is a category of electrical insulating protective tubing. It is manufactured by braiding alkali-free glass fiber yarn into a tubular substrate, which is then coated with various high-performance resins (such as PVC, silicone resin, or silicone rubber) and processed through plastification or vulcanization.   • ◎ ‌Selection Guide: Choose the appropriate coating type and size based on the maximum operating temperature, required insulation level (voltage rating), harness diameter, and flame retardancy requirements of the actual application environment.

    ◎ ‌Installation Method: Slide the sleeving directly over the wire or harness to be protected. It can be cut to specific lengths as needed. Its flexibility allows easy bending to follow wiring paths.

    ◎ ‌Precautions:
    • Although heat resistant, avoid prolonged direct contact with open flames or extreme heat sources exceeding the product's rated temperature.
    • For applications requiring embedding in walls or concrete, note that wire replacement during maintenance might be more difficult compared to rigid conduit, and concrete curing may cause slight deformation of the sleeve.
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight to slow material aging.
